If mechanical damage to the product is detected or if the wrong article is delivered, please contact us immediately using the product return form in the online store or by sending us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before cutting and pasting wallpaper, we ask you to check the quality of the print along the entire length of the roll. If print defects are found, only uncut rolls must be replaced.
When wallpapering, we recommend that you strictly follow the attached instructions for use. Products that were caused by a defect due to a violation of the instructions for use are not subject to replacement.
We ask you to be careful when calculating the number of wallpapers. The seller is not liable for damage caused to the customer due to the excess or insufficient volume of the order. It is recommended to complete the order of the missing volume as quickly as possible, as future parties may have deviations in tone. The recommended method for ordering additional volumes is to send an e-mail to email@example.com with the batch number of the main order.
