In a real environment, the tone of the wallpaper is always different from that displayed on the computer screen, so the discrepancy between the tone or texture of the wallpaper to the customer’s wishes is not a reason for returning the product. Before placing an order, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with product samples in our salon www.tapeter.eu
If mechanical damage to the product is detected or if the wrong article is delivered, please contact us immediately using the product return form in the online store or by sending us an e-mail at info@tapeter.eu.
Before cutting and pasting wallpaper, we ask you to check the quality of the print along the entire length of the roll. If print defects are found, only uncut rolls must be replaced.
When wallpapering, we recommend that you strictly follow the attached instructions for use. Products that were caused by a defect due to a violation of the instructions for use are not subject to replacement.
We ask you to be careful when calculating the number of wallpapers. The seller is not liable for damage caused to the customer due to the excess or insufficient volume of the order. It is recommended to complete the order of the missing volume as quickly as possible, as future parties may have deviations in tone. The recommended method for ordering additional volumes is to send an e-mail to info@tapeter.eu with the batch number of the main order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
By their nature, the ordered goods cannot be returned, or they are perishable or can be used up quickly;
The ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer according to an individual order;
The sixth part of Article 12 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of refusal or to withhold a compensation fee in the event of:
If the product is damaged by careless handling of the product during use;
If the product is damaged during unpacking;
The buyer has accepted the product from the delivery company without making sure that the product is not damaged;
Instructions are not followed;
If the product's original packaging is lost;
The product packaging is significantly damaged.
Color of goods
The images of the Products provided in the online store are illustrative in nature. Despite the fact that the Seller makes every effort to reflect the colors of the Goods as accurately as possible, the Seller cannot guarantee that the screen of the Buyer's device will reflect the same colors of the Goods as seen by the Seller and the Manufacturer.
The Buyer understands that the Product may differ in terms of color from what the Buyer sees on his computer screen or mobile phone screen and accepts that color differences cannot be grounds for returning the goods.
